Stress has a great impact on your body, particulary on your face. Your face doesn,t look very impressive when you feel stress. Therefore managing stress is also important to look smart and cheerful.
Many feel that the cause of stress is insomnia, restless work, untimely food and so on... But the cause of stress may sometimes be some routine work we do. They cause stress and tiredness upon us and thus make us feel exhausted which in turn cause illhealth. We must have a look at such things and we have to change our style of living.

  • Talking over the telephone for hours cause stress and pain that one cannot notice. It makes us very exhausted as it cause dehydration, which we can't notice in routine. As a result it causes unknown tiredness, which we must get rid of. If this goes on for a long time the problem of dehydration arises. So, it is very important to have liquids taken at regular intervals, which ultimately keeps our body away from dehydration.

  • Where you stay whether it is office or your house, keep the premises clean and tidy that is very necessary. This precaution keeps us very happy and it also makes free from stress.

  • Though you are late to bed, don't forget wake up early and have a walk or stay in the sunlight for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The sunlight provides us the essential Vitamin'D' that causes our body to relax and sets our muscles free.

  • Take your food on time everday no matter how busy you are.

  • Not only telephone, computer and MP3, we also use oven, rice cooker, mixer and grinder and so many things regularly. The use of these home appliances cause the level of harmones to rise in our body. So, the use of these appliances is be minimised as far as possible.

Keep your home always attractive and pleasentful place which keeps you feel always, thus make you feel not stressed any more.

Adopting a humorous view towards life's situations can take the edge off everyday stressors. Not being too serious or in a constant alert mode helps maintain the equanimity of mind and promote clear thinking. Being able to laugh stress away is the smartest way to ward off its effects.A sense of humor also allows us to perceive and appreciate the incongruities of life and provides moments of delight. The emotions we experience directly affect our immune system. The positive emotions can create neurochemical changes that buffer the immunosuppressive effects of stress.During stress, the adrenal gland releases corticosteroids, which are converted to cortisol in the blood stream. These have an immunosuppressive effect. Dr. Lee Berk and fellow researcher Dr. Stanley Tan at Loma Linda University School of Medicine have produced carefully controlled studies showing that the experience of laughter lowers serum cortisol levels, increases the amount and activity of T lymphocytes—the natural killer cells. Laughter also increases the number of T cells that have suppresser receptors.
